Adopting a single-stage single suction cantilever design
The structure is simple and reliable, making it easy to inspect and maintain. It mainly consists of components such as pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket. The shaft seal adopts a double end mechanical seal structure, providing reliable sealing effect and preventing sewage leakage. The pump and motor are installed on a common chassis and connected through an elastic coupling to ensure that the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements.
Scope of application:
PW type sewage pump is suitable for pumping polluted liquids with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, containing fibers, paper scraps or other non abrasive and non corrosive solid suspended substances. On the basis of the above, the PWL sewage pump is also suitable for transporting sewage with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive properties, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection.

Efficient and energy-saving: The impeller adopts optimized design, which has high water efficiency and can effectively reduce operating costs.
Strong corrosion resistance: The pump body and impeller are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as ZG1, Cr18, Ni19, etc., which can handle corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
Strong wear resistance: The impeller and pump body are made of wear-resistant materials, suitable for treating wastewater containing abrasive substances.
Unblocking design: The impeller is made of wear-resistant materials, which can effectively treat sewage containing solid particles and prevent blockage.
