Adopting CAD design methods, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate.
The wide and smooth flow channel design has good anti clogging performance and superior cavitation performance.
The flow rate range is 1.3L/min to 450L/min, and the pressure range is 35bar to 120bar, which can meet the needs of different industrial scenarios.
Some models of PH series ash pumps have a capacity of 100 to 1290m ³/h, a head of 37 to 92m, and a motor power of 45 to 550KW
Structural features:
The structure of a pump mainly consists of an electric motor bracket, pump rod, pump cover, oil chamber, impeller, pump shaft, guard plate, pump casing, base, outlet, elbow, etc.
The overcurrent components are made of special materials, such as high chromium alloys, which have good wear and corrosion resistance.
The sealing design is diverse, using a combination of secondary impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry.
Adopting the oil chamber sealing method and providing two sets of mechanical seals to effectively prevent sediment from entering the bearing and extend its service life.
The blades on the back of the impeller help reduce axial force and prevent debris from entering the sealing chamber.
The pump has a simple structure, easy disassembly and maintenance, and convenient installation and use.
Material characteristics:
The overcurrent components are made of wear-resistant alloy materials, which have high hardness and strength, and have a service life that is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary materials.
When used for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray, the material undergoes special treatment to resist the corrosion of these harsh environments.
