PNJ and PNJF series single suction centrifugal sewage pumps

Product Introduction

PNJ and PNJF single-stage single suction centrifugal rubber lined pumps can transport various types of mineral pumps without sharp solid particles. The maximum concentration of the conveyed slurry shall not exceed 65% by weight, and the temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. The two types of pumps have the same structural form, but different materials. The PNJF pump is specifically designed for transporting corrosive slurry.

Performance characteristics

Material and Structure:
The pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel and nickel chromium steel respectively, enhancing durability.
The front and rear protective sleeves are composed of wear-resistant and acid alkali resistant rubber, as well as wear-resistant rubber and steel plates. The impeller is made of cast steel skeleton lined with wear-resistant rubber.
Adopting a single-stage single suction rubber lined pump structure, the overcurrent parts are made of rubber material to extend their service life.
The bracket is horizontally split, and two pumps can be used in series.
Sealing and outlet direction:
Provide two sealing structures for packing and secondary impeller (25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps only have secondary impeller sealing structure).
The direction of the discharge outlet can be adjusted according to demand, with high flexibility.

Suitable for conveying various types of slurry without sharp solid particles, with a slurry concentration not exceeding 65% (by weight) and a temperature not exceeding 60 ℃.
Other features:
The structure is simple, the operation is reliable, and the gaps between the impeller and the sheath, as well as between the impeller and the guard plate, can be adjusted to maintain high efficiency.
The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the transmission direction.
The PNJF pump is specifically designed for transporting corrosive slurry, while the PNJ pump is suitable for general slurry transportation.
